All products are subject to availability. Tattoo T's reserves the right to:

• ●Withdraw products from sale at any time.
• ●Introduce new products and collections.
• ●Modify existing products.
• ●Discontinue collections, artist collaborations or limited editions.
• ●Refuse or cancel orders where products become unavailable.
• ●Limit quantities available for purchase.

Product availability displayed on the website is provided in good faith but is not guaranteed.

Tattoo T's makes every effort to accurately display products, colours, artwork, garment details and sizing information.

Due to variations in:

• ●Computer screens
• ●Mobile devices
• ●Printing processes
• ●Manufacturing methods
• ●Fabric materials

Actual products may differ slightly from website images, mock-ups, promotional renders, artist concepts or marketing materials. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Tattoo T's may release products as Founder Editions, Artist Series, Limited Editions or Special Collections. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tattoo T's reserves the right to:

• ●Retire designs at any time.
• ●Re-release designs in future collections.
• ●Modify colourways.
• ●Introduce alternative garment styles featuring similar artwork.
• ●Release revised versions of previously released artwork.

References to "limited edition" relate to the specific release and do not guarantee that similar concepts, themes or artwork styles will not be produced in the future.

For the Founder's Edition:

• ●32 original designs.
• ●Maximum production run of 1000 units per design.
• ●Once a design reaches its designated production allocation, that specific release will be retired.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Tattoo T's reserves the right to:

• ●Change pricing at any time.
• ●Modify promotional offers.
• ●Correct pricing errors.
• ●Cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Tattoo T's reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Reasons may include:

• ●Product availability.
• ●Payment issues.
• ●Suspected fraud.
• ●Pricing errors.
• ●Breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Tattoo T's reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of its operations, including:

• ●Artist Programs.
• ●Stockist Programs.
• ●Royalty structures.
• ●Product offerings.
• ●Manufacturing methods.
• ●Production partners.
• ●Minimum order quantities.
• ●Minimum print runs.
• ●Collection structures.
• ●Membership programs.
• ●Promotional campaigns.
• ●Product specifications.
• ●Lead times.

Such changes may occur due to supplier requirements, manufacturing constraints, quality improvements, commercial considerations or business strategy.

Where reasonably practical, Tattoo T's will endeavour to provide notice of material changes. Tattoo T's shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience or expectation arising from such changes.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Tattoo T's is not responsible for delays caused by:

• ●Freight providers.
• ●Customs processing.
• ●Weather events.
• ●Supply chain disruptions.
• ●Events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

We want you to love your Tattoo T's purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery provided:

• ●The item is unworn.
• ●The item is unwashed.
• ●Original tags remain attached.
• ●The item is in original resaleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

Size and colour exchanges are subject to availability. Where an exchange is unavailable, Tattoo T's may offer store credit or a refund at its discretion.

Custom Products

Custom products, personalised products and special artist-commissioned items are generally not eligible for change of mind returns.

Faulty Products

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law. Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where products are faulty, not fit for purpose or not of acceptable quality.

Submission of artwork does not guarantee acceptance. Tattoo T's reserves sole discretion regarding:

• ●Artist approval.
• ●Artwork acceptance.
• ●Product suitability.
• ●Collection releases.
• ●Promotional activity.
• ●Royalty arrangements.

Artists retain ownership of their original artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting artwork, artists grant Tattoo T's a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, market, manufacture and sell products featuring approved artwork.

Submission of artwork does not create any obligation on Tattoo T's to manufacture, market or sell the artwork.

Tattoo T's reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Artist Program at any time.

Tattoo T's offers a Referral Program that allows individuals to refer professional tattoo artists whose work they admire.

How it works

• ●Submit the artist's name, studio and a photo or portfolio link via the referral form or email.
• ●Tattoo T's will contact the artist and conduct a curation review.
• ●If the artist accepts and is approved, their artwork may be produced as a Tattoo T's garment.

Eligibility

• ●The referred artist must be a professional tattoo artist with a verifiable studio or portfolio.
• ●The artist must accept the referral and pass Tattoo T's curation review.
• ●Each artist can only be referred once — the first valid referral received takes precedence.
• ●Tattoo T's reserves the right to reject any referral for any reason.

Royalty split

Where a referred artist's work is approved and produced, a royalty is paid on each garment sold from that specific drop's print run. The artist royalty pool is split:

• ●70% to the tattoo artist (the maker).
• ●30% to the referrer (the person who submitted the referral).

Royalties are calculated on the net sale price of qualifying garments and are paid monthly for the life of that specific drop's print run.

Referrer obligations

• ●You warrant that you have the right to refer the artist and that the information you provide is accurate.
• ●You may not refer yourself as an artist through the Referral Program.
• ●You may not use misleading or deceptive practices to secure referrals.
• ●Tattoo T's reserves the right to withhold or claw back payments where fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.

Program changes

Tattoo T's reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Referral Program, including royalty rates and eligibility criteria, at any time without prior notice.

Submission of a referral does not create any obligation on Tattoo T's to contact the artist, approve the referral, or produce any products.

Applications to become a stockist are subject to approval. Tattoo T's reserves the right to:

• ●Approve or reject applications.
• ●Modify wholesale pricing.
• ●Change minimum order requirements.
• ●Introduce or remove territories.
• ●Suspend stockist accounts.
• ●Terminate participation.

Participation in the Stockist Program does not create exclusivity unless expressly agreed in writing.

All Tattoo T's branding, logos, graphics, website content, photography, marketing materials, garment designs and associated intellectual property remain the property of Tattoo T's and/or its contributing artists.

No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tattoo T's shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
